Maybe you should make eyes at one of the lawyers so you can be dismissed...

Actually I got called to be there on the day that we'd be on vacation, so I contacted them and told them I would be on vacation at my grandma's 100th birthday party and they gave me a later date.
Now I have to go July 28. This is my 4th call to jury duty in 5 yrs. Random? Pffffth!
I just had that recently too! I swear, since I have been married I have been called like 6 times. Guess how many times husband has been called? ZERO! He always gloats too, and says "See, that's why I don't register to vote!" Moron. I Googled, and in this state they go by voter registration AND driver's license. I just have to believe that one day he'll get his.
Anyway, there was only two times where my group wasn't dismissed over the phone and I actually had to go. Here's hoping that's what happens to you!
